In the almost 3years I worked there, my store was the top best run git n go in the state of Iowa for several months and all I was offered was a $5 gift certificate (git n go bucks) that I could only use in store. No recognition or incentives or RESPECT from upper management. I was a store manager at the same location for a little over 2 years and the work itself was the easiest job I've ever had but it's just the same exact thing every day, every week.
